2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders within 8 to 11 business days from confirmed payment, depending on your delivery area, stock availability, and courier operations.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to high order volumes, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If there is a material delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
3. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

If a product description contains an obvious error, we may correct it and, if necessary, contact you before fulfilling the order.
6. Shipping and Risk
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, except where South African law provides otherwise.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery due to customer unavailability, or repeated non-collection, we may charge a reasonable re-delivery fee before sending it again.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your order. Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, our store may offer a voluntary return period, but nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under South African law, including the CPA protections relating to defective or unsafe goods and the ECTA rules that may apply to qualifying electronic transactions. The CPA also prohibits contracting out of consumer rights through unfair terms.
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain personal care, beauty, and hygiene items may not be returnable once opened or used, except where the law gives the customer a right to return them.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos where applicable.
Where goods fail to meet the standards required by the CPA, customers have statutory remedies, including the CPA’s 6-month protection for defective goods.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, free gifts, and special offers:

cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law;

may not be combined unless we expressly say so;

may be withdrawn or changed at any time before checkout.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any promotional benefit attached to that order may also be cancelled.
10. Free Gifts and Bundle Offers
Where a product or order includes a free gift, bonus item, or bundle saving:

the offer applies only while stocks last;

we may substitute a gift with an item of equal or similar value where reasonably necessary;

the free gift has no separate cash value unless required by law.
If the qualifying item is returned for a refund, the free gift may also need to be returned, or its value may be deducted from the refund where lawful.
